Chilewich
Placemats and floor mats worth fussing over are usually ones from Chilewich. These aren’t your run-of-the-mill placemats used during family barbecues. Textile designer Sandy Chilewich founded the brand in 1997 from her New York City-based studio while experimenting with often overlooked textiles like woven vinyl.
